1 Product Design

Customers send the product drawing to us directly or we make the product design

according to the sample then send to customer for confirmation

2 Mould Design

We'll start to make mold design after the product drawing approval, then

send the mold design to customer for confirmation

3 Mould Making

We will start to make mold after mold design approval, the process

include prepare material, rough cut, finish machining, assembly, etc

4 Mould Test

We'll test the mold after finishing mold assembly, then we'll send samples

and video of a test to the customer for checking

5 Final Process

We'll make the polishing for mold after the sample approval and make grain, nitridation or

chroming if customer required

6 Mould Test

We'll test the mold again, then send the final

sample and video of a test to the customer for checking

7 Mold Packing

We'll start to pack the mold with a wooden case after the final sample approval,

then the mold will be sent to port and waiting for shipping
